- 200g unsalted butter (soft, room temperature)
- 150g powdered sugar (or called icing sugar or confectioners’ sugar) 糖粉
- 1 tablespoon full cream milk
Method
- sift confectioners sugar
- use a handheld mixer to beat the butter on high speed
- gradually add confectioners sugar. Beat for about minutes
- add one tablespoon milk, mix well.
