I am Cai Li Blakeman, a food consultant and blogger and culinary trainer. I was born and raised in China and has lived in Beijing, Washington DC and Singapore. I received my culinary training at the Le Cordon Bleu in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I started my career as a diplomat. Prior to pursuing my passion for cooking and culinary education, I was a PR and Communications professional and had held management positions in various global firms based in Asian countries.
