Buttercream Frosting

  • 200g     unsalted butter (soft, room temperature)
  • 150g    powdered sugar (or called icing sugar or confectioners’ sugar)  糖粉
  • 1 tablespoon    full cream milk

Method

  1. sift confectioners sugar
  2. use a handheld mixer to beat the butter on high speed
  3. gradually add confectioners sugar. Beat for about minutes
  4. add one tablespoon milk, mix well.
